I haven't lived there yet, but from what I have seen, the property and the complex that sits on it have been well maintained. My experience with the front office staff has been a great one. They have been very helpful and willing to work with me on certain matters.

we love are apartment it is in the back of the complex we live down stairs it is very quite and are up stairs nabiors are grate and the office staff is grate.

For this being my little families frist time renting I would have to say that Sherwood is a wonderful place to live. It is a kid and family friendly enviroment with tons of things to allow everyone to enteract with each other. Their management is wonderful. They have gone beyond what they needed to do by give us reassuring advice and encouraging words. Thank you all that work for Sherwood.
